A Graveside Service for Betty Craig, 82, of Alexander City, will be Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Hillview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Betty Craig passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. She was born on March 26, 1938 in Bucksville, Alabama to the late John Norred and Lula Cason Norred. She was the loving wife of Dwight Craig. She was a member of Sixth Street Baptist Church and participated in the Ladies of the ELKS. She was a devout Christian who loved to collect angels, feed birds, and had an amazing talent for gardening.
She is survived by her sons, Dwight Craig of Alexander City, AL, Dwayne (Amy) Craig of Kennesaw, GA, and David (Joanne) Craig of Alexander City, AL; daughter, Donna Schilling of Nashville, TN; brothers, Herbert (Betty) Norred of Alexander City, AL, and John (Helen) Norred of Ashland, AL; sisters, Dora Birdsall of Munford, AL, and Mary Ann Parker of Ashland, AL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Elizabeth and Pat, and her husband.
